Abstract: [Portuguese] Analisa a importância do desenvolvimento do potencial criativo das pessoas. Evidencia a aceitação dos fatores hereditários e biológicos. O conjunto de influências e interaçíµes estabelecidos nos ambientes familiares, escolares e em organizaçíµes são importantes para o desenvolvimento da criatividade. As soluçíµes para problemas necessitam da criatividade e esta impulsiona novas respostas para os mesmos. A discussão está centrada na análise da criatividade para o desenvolvimento da sociedade, especificamente relacionada í área organizacional, como sobrevivência e diferencial competitivo frente a turbulências impostas pelos processos de mudanças advindos da globalização e de avanços tecnológicos e científicos.
[English] Analyze the importance of people creative potential development at educational and organizational environment. It evidences the acceptance of that, beyond hereditary and biological factors, the set of influences and interactions that if establish in the family, school and organization are important for the development of the creativity. It considers the solutions for the problems if show quickly inadequate and the creativity can give some answers for the same ones. From there, it centers the discussion in the analysis of the creativity for the society development, specifically related to the organizational area, as survival and competitive differential front the turbulence imposed for the happened processes changes because the globalization and scientific and technological advances.
